The Association may obtain personal information such as name, address, telephone number, email address, payment method for membership fees, and organization name when users register as members or submit inquiries.
Purpose of Using Personal Information
The purposes for which the Association collects and uses personal information are as follows:
To distribute information required by members and to contact members when necessary.
Management of Personal Information
The Association uses SSL to prevent personal information from being read or tampered with by third parties.
SSL (Secure Socket Layer) is a security technology that encrypts data during transmission. By using SSL encryption, personal information is protected from hackers and crackers, allowing information to be transmitted safely.
Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
The Association will not provide personal information to third parties without obtaining the prior consent of the user, except as permitted by the Act on the Protection of Personal Information or other applicable laws and regulations.
Procedures for Disclosure, Correction, and Other Requests
If a user requests disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, or suspension of use of their personal information, the Association will respond after confirming the identity of the individual concerned.
